Dear Old Georgians

Thank you all for making the dinner a huge success. You can find a summary of the evening on the
Centenary Celebrations page.

Here is a note from Jon on the Red Rose……..

My time has been spent on the dinner over the last few months. It is now time to sort out the Red Rose!!
I need input please!!
I put memory books out on the tables at the dinner for contributions - but this were lost in the hotel.
Thanks to anyone who contributed, but please will you now send them in by email to me?
School; College; Life; Work; hobbies - anything that you think might be of interest, please submit it to my email with a subject "Red Rose Info".
It will help me if I can have them by November 10th, but last date will be November 30th.
Photos are also welcome - if you are unsure of the type of thing that might be of interest, have a look back at the last few editions for ideas.

Next years dinner is planned for

That is the date the committee has decided for the next dinner and we are resuming back to Maundy Thursday.
We do have two options for venue and the numbers will count. The Hesketh Golf Club can seat 125, so above that we need to move to the Bliss Hotel.
Can I therefore please ask.......

  1. Diary Entry. If you are at all interested, put the date in your diary - I wouldn't want a family wedding to get in the way 🙂

  2. Spread the word. Many attending said they could have had classmates there but they hadn't told them in time.

  3. Confirm your place. Most important, please email me as soon as possible with your interest and intension to attend. You can reply to this email, or a new email with the subject "Attending 2022 Dinner". If you have a group, please take a lead role and send me their names asap.

Our very best wishes to you all!

The OGA Committee.
